James Suckling, one of the most respected wine critics in the world and chairman of JamesSuckling.com, will facilitate this special wine tasting experience along with Derin Alemli, COO of New Age Eats - a company that creates sustainable protein products. Suckling and his team of wine tasters review more than 33,000 wines per year and have 4 million followers around the world. His main office is in Hong Kong but he also works from his homes in Napa Valley, Tuscany, and Martinborough, New Zealand.
Our experienced wine critic will guide you through the sensory experience of each wine, including its aroma, taste, and finish followed by a New Age Eats’ executive’s take on what he sees as rapidly expanding across the food industry. VALUENEX will then showcase a sample analysis of thousands of wine notes collected from Mr. Suckling to reveal hidden trends and opportunities that otherwise could not be easily seen.
