WHAT WE NEED
VALUENEX is recruiting for Customer Success Manager to build our revenues by taking our services to market and demonstrating the value of VALUENEX’s big data analytics and visualization platform, as well as our expert consulting services. Not only will the Head of Sales grow new business, they will also increase demand and grow existing business with our Fortune 500 clients through their ability to think strategically about the clients needs and our solutions, as well as the tactical execution needed to drive the sales from start to finish.
WHAT YOU'LL DODefine and Optimize Customer Lifecycle: Responsible for creating policies and procedures that optimize the customer experience by mapping customer journey, developing listening points in journey (e.g., usage, satisfaction, etc.), standardizing interventions for each point in journey, defining segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and learning from best practices in industry
Provide Technical and Product Support: Provide technical support to customers or to provide training on the products and help customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize the VALUENEXRadar based on the customer’s business needs or business plans Drive Customer Success Outcomes: Increase renewal rates and reduce the churn, expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell, influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores, and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
Measure Effectiveness of Customer Success: Define operational metrics for team, establish system for tracking metrics, create cadence for review within team, and expose subset of metrics to executive team, company and board
What You'll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
- 2+ years of professional experience in a sales or consulting-focused role, preferably at a startup and multi-national firm
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work
Experience in consulting, strategy, analytics or market research is highly preferred
Experience in the intellectual property space is desired but not required
- A high intellect individual who combines razor-sharp communication skills and quick adaptability to build outstanding client relationships
- Direct experience with data-intensive analysis and consulting applications
- Flexibility and capability to work fast under tight deadlines with demanding quality requirements
Experience in account management, scoping and selling custom projects, and success in business development
Must be capable in all Microsoft Office applications and knowledgeable about Chrome and Firefox browsers
- A desire to aggressively further business in an innovative, fast-paced and growing company
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage tasks as an individual and with a team in a multi-national business environment
